Sussmann is on trial for allegedly lying to the FBI regarding whether he was working for a client (Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee) when he brought the FBI information (allegedly false and possibly entirely fake) alleging a connection between Trump email servers and Alfa Bank email servers.
The jury, populated with DC residents, donors to Hillary Clinton, and rowing teammates of the accused's family, is currently deliberating. The judge, married to the lawyer defending Lisa Page who is infamous for her role in SpyGate persecuting President Trump, will announce a verdict Tuesday if the jury has reached one.
Sussmann acquitted. I view this as possible only through the biased jury. (See Conflicts of Interest below).
