Durham got some of the emails he wqs looking for, and also got a ruling from the judge that some at least might be protected by attorney-client privilege (it wasn't clear to the judge that they were not, and he gave benefit of the doubt to the privilege claim). However, that also benefits Durham, as the claim that Sussman was or was not working for a client is what the whole trial is about.
