Constitutional carry in Ohio

Just The NewsGov. Mike DeWine signed legislation Monday that allows Ohio gun owners to carry without permits despite calls from House Democrats for the governor to veto the bill.

Ohio becomes the 22nd state to allow people to carry a concealed firearm without a permit. The law also removes the requirement a citizen must notify law enforcement if they are carrying a concealed weapon unless asked.

We've got almost half the country on constitutional carry now. That's good progress. But we need to keep pressing, because the blue states are going to make this a lot harder.
