Hogg is an idiot

He thinks repealing Net Neutrality (ie, not stifling the internet with massive regulation) will slow down websites and result in voter suppression. This is a classic conspiracy theory with absolutely no evidence to support it. It's also an example of Hogg desperately trying to extend his 15 minutes of fame.
