Why wasn't the attack on Republican Congressional baseball team terrorism?

Gateway PunditAccording to the FBI, in an official report that was released on Friday, the brutal 2017 attack at the Alexandria, Virginia, baseball field that nearly killed Rep. Steve Scalise has been classified as “domestic terrorism” carried out by a “domestic violent extremist” targeting Republicans after the bureau previously classified it as “suicide by cop.”

But as The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the event had been originally labeled “suicide by cop”. In late April of 2021, a US House representative instructed a reluctant Christopher Wray to investigate the origins of that odd report.

Then the event was quietly updated to a domestic terrorist event.

The Democrats are freakjng out over a few hundred people wondering around inside the Capitol Building, but a Democrat can shoot a Congressman and try to shoot a lot more and it's considered suicide by cop by the FBI?

The sad part is, there's nothing to be done about this. The people who made the decisions can perhaps be exposed as partisans. But fired? We can't even fire Wray because our own AG threatens to quit.
