Alito moves PA election lawsuit deadline up

ZerohedgeSupreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has made a critical decision which may signal that court's willingness to hear a controversial case attempting to flip Pennsylvania's 2020 election results.

The deadline change suggests a SC decision, if it happens swiftly, may take place on the statutory deadline of December 8th.

It's hard to read tea leaves as to the outcome here, but it does seem positive as it keeps open the possibility that the court will take action within the statutory deadline.

If the court does act, blocking PA votes alone would not change the outcome. However, if GA is also blocked, Biden would be left with 270, and losing any other state would put him below that number.

I don't know if there are any other cases that are ripe for SC action, but there are several others that involve last-minute election law changes.
