Biden advisor says first amendment has a design flaw

PJMediaStengel agreed with his “sophisticated Arab diplomats,” answering their query about Qur’an-burning with this: “It’s a fair question. Yes, the First Amendment protects the ‘thought that we hate,’ but it should not protect hateful speech that can cause violence by one group against another. In an age when everyone has a megaphone, that seems like a design flaw.”

Would you have voted for Biden if he admitted he would appoint advisors who think the Bill of Rights have design flaws, and make the argument for censoring criticism of Islam?
