This is surprising to say the least. I see three points of interest here:
1) Trump has actually succeeded in increasing peace in the middle east, including historical peace agreements between Israel and other nations in the region. Muslims in the US who may not be fanatical in hating Jews may view this as a positive.
2) The article heavily emphasizes that Trump "does what he says", while Clinton and Obama did not. This is certainly true. I don't have the kind of insight into the Islamic community in the US to know if this really matters. I'm guessing "does what he says" refers to avoiding more middle east conflicts, but the speaker doesn't elaborate.
3) Obama was definitely a crypto-Muslim who flashed low-profile signals of supporting Islam regularly. Biden has also tried this but it seems a lot less credible coming from him. I oppose Biden politically and am ready to believe quite a few bad things about him, but not that he's a secret Muslim.
