Evidence of entrapment in the Flynn case

The FederalistEarlier this week, Michael Flynn’s star attorney, Sidney Powell, filed under seal a brief in reply to federal prosecutors’ claims that they have already given Flynn’s defense team all the evidence they are required by law to provide. A minimally redacted copy of the reply brief has just been made public, and with it shocking details of the deep state’s plot to destroy Flynn.

Read the filing, too. "Evidence of entrapment" may even be understating the case here. I'd argue it's proof of entrapment.

UPDATE: Meaning in History points out that the prosecution of Flynn was conducted by the Mueller special counsel team, containing the same people who had interviewed Flynn and (initially) reported he was telling the truth. In other words, Mueller (or his team) knew and prosecuted him for years anyway.

UPDATE: More details here and here.

Did James Baker flip?
