Is Chase Bank now closing checking accounts over politics?

If this is true, it represents a dramatic escalation of the tactics used against firearms businesses. It's one thing for an informal collection of individuals in a particular industry to blacklist people they don't like. (Not a GOOD thing, mind you). It's another when that blacklist process extends to your general financial life, including such basic necessities as having a bank account.
