Constitutional Carry in NC

No LawyersPermitless concealed carry passed the North Carolina House of Representatives over a year ago. Since then it has been bottled up in the State Senate and has not gotten a hearing nor a vote. Now that the Republicans have lost their supermajority in the General Assembly, any action on permitless concealed carry has to happen now. There is not a chance in hell that Gov. Roy Cooper (D-NC) won't veto it and there is also no way for it to get passed without the Republicans sticking together and overriding that veto.

This seems like a long shot, but it's worth a try.
