Maryland gun confiscation goes bad

Police show up at a man's home to take his guns. He answers the door with a gun. A struggle ensues and he is killed by police.

He's unlikely to be a poster child for our cause. But he would still be alive if the police hadn't decided to take his property without cause.

UPDATE: He may end up a poster child after all. He was 60, and I haven't seen any reports of a criminal record. Apparently he has some arguments or feuds with his family. His niece said he likes to speak his mind, but harmless. One of her aunts requested the protective order.

History books may well describe this as the first death in the second American Revolution.
