Napolitano stands by GCHQ spying on Trump story despite suspension

I tend to think that means the story is factual, although I noticed the first time that he appeared to be reporting on his source's informed speculations rather than personal experience. I have to imagine that after being suspended over it, though, he went back to the source and asked some hard questions. And he noticed the resignation of the guy at GCHQ, too.
