IRS Commissioner Koskinen impeachment vote still likely
Chances of Koskinen deciding to resign seem low. On the other hand, chances of the Republicans passing an impeachment resolution that will almost certainly die in the Senate also seem low.
Still, it's a choice between that and no punishment at all for covering up the political abuse of the agency for 5 years. Impeach him and let the Senate do what it will.
