Crying wolf about locked iPhones

In fact, the rapidly increasing capabilities of Big Brother pose a far greater threat to Americans than criminals or terrorists exploiting new ways to “go dark.” Acting surreptitiously is harder than ever in this world.

Ask yourself this: how did the government catch terrorists before everyone carried their own personal tracking device and bug in their pocket with them?
