Seattle cops hire pesky programmer to block public records requests

Ars TechnicaA local programmer and prolific public records requester has been hired by the Seattle Police Department (SPD) to work on redacting and automating data release to the public. After being hired, Clemans apparently withdrew his pending public records requests, including one filed in February 2015 that asked for nearly every Washington state government e-mail ever.

Well, that's one way to get a job, I suppose.
