Border Patrol and Customs will lose 20% of workforce to mandate

Just The NewsAbout 18% percent of the Customs and Border Protection workforce as of Monday had reportedly not received a COVID-19 vaccine, putting roughly 12,000 agency employees at risk for losing their job if they do not get vaccinated or receive a religious or medical exemption by the federal government's Nov. 22 deadline.

The agency risks losing the thousands of employees amid a record number of immigrants coming to the U.S.-Mexico border

On the one hand, good for those employees who are resisting.

On the other hand, I'm sure the Brandon administration is perfectly happy to lose workers from those agencies and really any federal government agencies. It's just another way of purging those who disagree with their rapidly more terrifying agenda.

74 GA counties have illegally deleted 2020 election information

Just The NewsSeventy-four of Georgia's counties have not been able to produce original images of ballots from the November 2020 election, according to an election integrity group.

VoterGA, an election integrity nonprofit organization, received confirmation through Open Records Requests (ORRs) from 56 counties that either most or all of the images that the Dominion voting system automatically created for tabulating results have been destroyed.

Images of ballots are crucial for election records and are required by both federal and state law to be retained for 22 months and 24 months, respectively.

VoterGA possesses written confirmation from former State Election Director Chris Harvey that granted permission to erase from the memory cards images from in-person ballots.

That "written confirmation" would appear to be an admission of a crime.

Colorado denies treatment to unvaccinated

Behind the BlackIt appears it wasn’t enough to ban one woman in Colorado from receiving a desperately needed kidney transplant because she and her donor had not gotten their COVID shots. Now, Jared Polis, the Democratic Party governor of Colorado, has told all hospitals in the state to ban everyone from getting treatment if they refuse to get the experimental drugs being touted, falsely, as vaccines against COVID.

The excuse is that hospitals are overwhelmed with the unvaccinated. I think it's more likely hospitals are overwhelmed because they have been required to fire their unvaccinated (but likely naturally immune at this point) workers.

For those fully behind the Democrat agenda on COVID... we are not very far at all from death camps. Where else does denial of all medical treatment over a disease with less than 1% fatality rate lead?

Democrats want to track guns through financial regulations

The Truth About GunsU.S. Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and U.S. Reps. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.), and Jennifer Wexton, (D-Va.) havet introduced the Gun Violence Prevention Through Financial Intelligence Act, H.R. 5764, in the U.S. House of Representatives and in the U.S. Senate as S. 3117.

The legislation is being pitched by the politicians who authored it as a means to detect and prevent those who might be planning to commit an atrocity or terror attack. But the bill is fraught with civil liberty violations and not just those freedoms protected by the Second Amendment. Privacy rights — specifically those related to finances — would go by the wayside.

The bill would require the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) to give guidance to banks so they can report “suspicious financial activity.” According to Sen. Markey, this undefined suspicious financial activity could be a warning sign an individual is planning a horrific crime or terror event.“We cannot allow banks and financial institutions to turn a blind eye as shooters bank a pile of guns and ammunition in a lead up to an attack,” Sen. Markey said in a press statement. “The Gun Violence Prevention Through Financial Intelligence Act will give us the guidance on how these institutions can help pinpoint and prevent gun violence across the country.”

The proposed legislation, of course, doesn’t define what level of financial activity is suspicious or how many firearms and accessories is “too many” or how much ammunition is “too much.” Instead, it leaves that to be determined by Treasury Department officials.

Not mentioned: you only need one firearm if your intent is to do evil.

About that voter fraud that doesn't exist...

Gateway PunditTwo incidents of voters being unable to select the Republican candidate for governor in New Jersey have been unearthed.

Gateway PunditNew Jersey Governor Race Called for Democrat Murphy by 20,000 Votes After He Mysteriously Gained 40,000 Ballots Overnight
This comes after obvious issues were identified overnight where 40,000 ballots were awarded to Murphy in Bergem County after the county was reported as 100% reported.

Conservative TreehouseNew Jersey Democrat President Steve Sweeney was stunningly defeated by a truck driver named Edward Durr in last Tuesday’s elections. However, Sweeney has refused to concede the election.

When questioned about why he refuses to concede, the most powerful Democrat in the New Jersey legislature said his campaign just found 12,000 ballots to help him. They don’t even try to hide the corruption anymore.

The fraud will continue until people start going to jail in droves.

About that voter fraud that doesn't exist...

PJMediaPublic Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Michigan’s Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, alleging that almost 26,000 dead people are still registered to vote in that state. More than 17,000 dead voters have remained on the rolls for 10 years. Thousands more have been there for 20 years. Some are considered “active” and some are “inactive.” All are supposedly dead.

Why is this important? Because Benson sent a letter to Michigan’s election clerks before the 2020 election telling them to forgo signature verification for absentee ballots, a move that was later swatted down as illegal, and thus invalid, but not until after the election.

Dead people voting.

Racine County Sheriff refers criminal charges against WEC

Wisconsin ExaminerRacine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling announced in a news release Wednesday that he had referred recommendations for criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) to Racine County District Attorney Patricia Hanson, a Republican.

Last week, Schmaling called a news conference to lay out allegations of election fraud against the commissioners but said he hadn’t sent the investigation to the DA and was instead calling for a statewide investigation into the matter from Attorney General Josh Kaul. After Kaul declined to open an investigation, Schmaling sent his recommendations, which include felony charges.

The sheriff did his job and investigated. Now, will anyone act?

DeSantis announces election integrity reform proposal

Conservative Treehouse Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced a new legislative proposal to further strengthen Florida’s election integrity. This proposed legislation will be addressed in the upcoming 2022 Legislative Session, which begins in January

.“We are excited to say that next legislative session we are proposing another package of election integrity reforms that will make Florida the number one state for elections,” said Governor Ron DeSantis. “I am excited that with this legislation, our state will be able to enforce election violations, combat voter fraud and make sure violators are held accountable. If potential violators know they will be held accountable, they will be much less likely to engage in improper conduct in the first place.”

Our elections will not be secure until the people who benefit from fraud go to jail. Not just the pawns doing it, but the people benefiting from it.

50% of Republicans believe their vote will not be counted accurately

Just The NewsA new poll finds 50% of Republicans do not believe their votes will be counted accurately the next time they head to the polls – a dramatic drop in confidence since the 2020 presidential election.

The NBC News poll also show just 41% of Republicans surveyed continue to believe that their vote will be counted fairly, compared to 84% last year.

Democrats, however, remain consistent in their belief that their votes will be counted accurately, with 89% of those surveyed responding in the affirmative.

This is a horrifying result that can only lead to civil war if it is not corrected by provably honest elections in 2022. If we go into 2024 with this cloud of doubt hanging over our elections still, there's no way we survive as a nation.

OSHA discourages reporting of vaccine side effects

Just The NewsThe Occupational Safety and Health Administration is tacitly encouraging employers to hide "adverse reactions" from COVID-19 vaccines, even as 80 million private workers face jab-or-job decisions due to an impending federal mandate that OSHA has fast-tracked under rarely used, special emergency powers.

The Department of Labor's pledge Monday to publish an "emergency temporary standard" on COVID vaccine mandates "in the coming days" threatens to worsen the skewed picture federal regulators have been getting from employers for five months.

So, if you're keeping track... the vaccines (yes, all of them) are available only under emergency use authorization, which means you can't sue the manufacturer if you experience dangerous side effects. If those side effects include death, your family can't sue either. In theory, vaccine-related side effects are supposed to be reported to VAERS, but many medical staff don't bother -- or are actively prevented from doing so.

We're rapidly coming up on a significant deadline. If your employer employs more than 100 people, all of those people must be vaccinated under an OSHA rule that is so far unpublished. If you are in the military, you must be vaccinated, or they will kick you out of the service, quite possibly with a dishonorable discharge (which is roughly the same as a felony conviction). If your business wants federal contracts, all employees must also be vaccinated. But none of those vaccine injuries will be reported to OSHA.

Battles over medical and religious exemptions are being fought in court already.

And people are not fooled, as in just one example 9000 NYC workers have been placed on unpaid leave rather than take the vaccine.

Unless, of course, you're a congressperson, or work for one. They are exempt. So are federal government employees (not contractors) who have a big labor union.

The Democrats have calculated that this will punish their enemies. What they don't understand is that there are literally millions of people in this country who are either being forced to take an unsafe vaccine they did not want to take in order to keep their job, or losing their job instead of taking that same vaccine, or being forced to enter costly litigation to try to keep their job without taking the vaccine.

Many of those people used to be Democrats.

What is the chance any of them are going to vote Democrat now?

About the Jan 6th events...

Daily MailThe January 6 MAGA riot was was instigated by left-wing 'agents provocateurs,' including Insurgence USA founder John Sullivan, who revved up the crowd to storm the Capitol barricades and trample over police officers, experts told Tucker Carlson.

Sullivan, who has pleaded not guilty to eight charges and is scheduled for a court hearing in January, filmed the fatal police shooting of Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt as she tried to climb through a broken door leading to the Speaker's Lobby.

It's important to distinguish between the Trump speech and the attendees. Those who attended the Trump event were still listening to Trump speak when the capitol entry led by Antifa took place.

Racine County Wisconsin taking election fraud seriously

Gateway PunditWisconsin’s Racine County’s GOP now is getting in the act. Over 23,000 voters were identified with the same phone number and over 4,000 with the same registration date of 1/1/1918.

The Racine GOP is now getting in the act. They too have identified over 23,000 voters in the 2020 Election, all with the same phone number and another 4,000 voters with the same registration date of 1/1/1918. These numbers don’t make sense.

The claim is that those values are system defaults. The problem is that, at least for the registration dates, those values should be kicked out of the system and not considered valid. The phone number should be allowed to be empty, rather than defaulting to something. (After all, a phone number isn't required to vote).

In general, there may be some fraud in those numbers, but probably not all of them. It's good that it's being looked at and hopefully corrected.

Public health and the vaccine mandate

Conservative TreehouseThe deadline for New York City firefighters to get vaccinated was yesterday. Enforcement of the vaccine mandate is anticipated to begin Monday. Today, the New York Post is reporting that 26 FDNY firehouses are currently closed due to short staffing directly related to the vaccine mandate.

But the vaccine mandate is all about the public health, right?

It's obviously not.

Navy planning to deny all religious exemption requests?

Gateway PunditWheeler provided screenshots of a pre-typed ‘rejection letter’ with the corresponding commanding officer’s signature already printed on it. This letter was sent to several different members of Naval leadership as a template that could easily be updated with the letterhead and signature of the officer in charge of issuing a decision so they could quickly reject the incoming requests.

In this example, CAPT Marc Ratkus – the Commanding Officer of the Navy’s Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) – sent a copy of the ‘standard denial’ memo to CDR Meredith Schley, who is under his command, and instructed her to use it for “all requests” that she receives.

If they are all denied, it's not exactly an exemption, is it? It's just a meaningless procedure.

Feds to pay illegal aliens up to $1M for "hardship"

Conservative TreehouseWhen I first saw the headline about Joe Biden paying illegal aliens $450,000 per person in reparations, I thought it was a joke. So I contacted a friend who works for DHS in Washington DC to check. I just received independent confirmation this story is entirely legit.

The Justice Department, Health and Human Services and Dept of Homeland Security are in negotiations with representatives from the ACLU and lawyers representing illegal aliens to pay out $1,000,000 per family for the hardship they endured in crossing the border illegally in 2017 and 2018. Approximately 1,000 families will each receive a million dollars giving the total settlement a taxpayer cost of around $1 billion or more.

What do they care that this is absurd? It's not their money. It's our money.

There will be a continuous need for boosting

Gateway PunditThere may be a need for endless Covid booster shots according to Moderna Chairman Noubar Afeyan.

“It may well need an annual booster, potentially varying on a year-to-year or every few years basis as the virus varies,” Afeyan told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo.

“We just don’t know how this virus is going to travel from being a pandemic all the way to potentially an endemic virus we have to get used to living with,” he said.

“I think if we end up there, there will be a continuous need for boosting,” he added.

Or, if you are younger than about 75 and reasonably healthy, you could rely on natural immunity after you recover from the disease once, and improve your chances of recovering with effective treatments like Ivermectin. That seems like a better idea than turning your immune system into a Big Pharma subscription service.

Audit demand gains momentum

Just The NewsArizona state Sen. Wendy Rogers, a Republican, published a letter to the American people following the release of the Maricopa County audit results on Sept. 24 calling for forensic audits of all 50 states' 2020 election results.

Originally signed by 41 state legislators from 15 states, the letter has now, less than a month later, been signed by 150 lawmakers from 38 states.

I think the only thing I can say about this is "not fast enough".

IG Horowitz comments on McCabe's pension reinstatement

Just The NewsThe Justice Department's chief watchdog said Thursday he was certain that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe lied on multiple occasions during an investigation and that the decision to fire him had nothing to do with politics.
Inspector General Michael Horowitz reacted to the Biden administration's decision to restore McCabe's pension years after he was terminated by the DOJ.

Even the very minor consequence of being fired and losing his pension is too much for the Democrats. Predictable, but disgusting.

Wisconsin votes without ID more than double the margin of victory

Just The NewsWisconsin's Legislative Audit Bureau released its audit of the 2020 presidential election Friday, detailing numerous problems and issues it found with how the election was administered.

The nonpartisan panel reviewed election data from hundreds of cities and municipalities across Wisconsin, as well as written complaints concerning the General Election.

According to the report, the review board is recommending dozens of changes to how the state runs elections, as well as advocating for certain election laws to be adopted or revised.

Gateway PunditThe Wisconsin election investigation found the number of resident who voted without proof of ID more than doubles the margin of victory in the state.

The problem, of course, is that votes without ID are not necessarily all for Biden. Once counted those votes are not separable from the general pool. But, it's likely fraud would heavily favor one candidate, and votes without ID would heavily favor fraud.

So, in essence, we know there was enough fraud to push Biden over the top, without being able to actually prove it.

This bullshit works until we stop putting up with it.

About that voter fraud that doesn't exist...

Just The NewsA prominent Las Vegas businessman is facing potential prison time for allegedly voting twice during the 2020 presidential election.

According to the Associated Press, Donald “Kirk” Hartle is facing two felony counts of casting fraudulent votes, one of which was under his deceased wife's name.

Intel community refuses to confirm or deny infiltration of Trump Admin

Gateway PunditAttorney Ty Clevenger, who submitted a FOIA request on behalf of the Transparency Project, was notified today that the Director of National Intelligence will “neither confirm nor deny” that intel agencies infiltrated the Trump Administration or pro-Trump groups, or that intel agencies have infiltrated Trump’s current staff. You may think, “So what?” It is just a non-denial denial. Right? Wrong!!

It is an admission that various elements of the U.S. intelligence community did infiltrate and target the Trump Administration. How do I know? Because if there was no truth to the allegation, the DNI would have strongly denied a seemingly outrageous allegation. Don’t take my word for it.

Gateway Pundit puts it a little too strongly. This isn't an "admission", at least not literally. But it's a non-denial when a stringent denial would be entirely proper. So, in effect, it's an admission.

Heads have not yet rolled for this, and they really need to.

Courts block OSHA vaccine mandate

InvestingA U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration's efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be tested weekly, citing "grave statutory and constitutional" issues with the rule.

The ruling from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit comes after numerous Republican-led states filed legal challenges against the new rule, which is set to take effect on Jan 4.

Just so everything is clear, I haven't seen anything blocking the mandate for federal contractors or employees so far.

Meanwhile, hundreds of Capitol protesters remain in a DC jail. Their only crime is trespassing a public building.

A possible Russian spy turns the FBI on the duly elected president, and gets unmonitored bail. While real Americans who may have walked around a public building without official permission are held incommunicado for almost a year.
