Childish?

Nylartholep over at Chaos in Motion thinks that it's childish for libertarians in New Hampshire to seize the property of Supreme Court justices who voted in favor of Kelo using eminent domain.  I disagree.  It's vindictive, certainly.  But it is no bad thing to remind the powers that be that the law applies to them as well as the rest of us.  And many times, it's exactly this sort of thing -- applying a bad law in the worst possible manner -- that causes that law to be changed.

After all, laws are not changed when they are applied properly.  They are changed when they are abused.
