Kerry's "A New Soldier"

Just after JOHN KERRY came back from Vietnam, he wrote the book THE NEW SOLDIER. The book is out of print. John Kerry does not allow the publisher to reprint it. To make a rational decision on November 2, you need to have all available facts. You can now read John Kerry's THE NEW SOLDIER online for FREE.

I don't know about the legality of posting the full book online, but I figure if it's not legal to do so, well, Kerry's got a lawyer for his running mate and isn't exactly shy about making legal threats; a simple DMCA request to blogspot (who are hosting the site) should resolve it if in fact the posting is not legal. If they do that, the link will go away. But for as long as it lasts, here you go.

this will backfire as it should. i was in vietnam before kerry. i was on a pbr before the swiftboats so i can't speak directly to kerry's bravery or lack of but i would stand behind anybody who enlisted and ended up over there in that hell before i backed a coward that used daddy's money and pull to stay home. we hated those cowardly fuckers then and any true patriot, not these nationalists, hates them now. besides, these swiftboat veterens, and i don't doubt their bravery, only their honesty, have been pulling tricks for the fascist wing of the hard right since they were lapdogs for nixon.

kerry's book

i don't know if or why kerry doesn't want the book to be reprinted. it's the story of how a lot of us felt after being lied into a phony war and watching friends and family die for nothing. maybe it's the fact that it would be taken totally out of context by the far right and used to fan the flames of this phony "jesus wants me to vote for bush" crap that's blinded what used to be the conservative party. i've always been a republican but you surely don't think these crooks in the whitehouse are conservative. who's the most conservative between kerry and bush? i don't know but as to who lies the most surely to god you can't think bush and his crowd are more truthful than kerry. they both suck but i don't think kerry will take us into war and tell us jesus said it was alright. i voted for bush but then again i believed johnson and "my government" and volunteered to go to vietnam. i'm slow but shit finally sinks in a little.
