Violating the fourth amendment

The Maryland police decided to stop and handcuff everyone driving a white van after the latest sniper shooting. This is a clear violation of the fourth amendment. Sure, stop them, and search the van, if the van matches the description -- but putting the driver in handcuffs is out of line. This link is to a photograph. |
