FIRST ENDOWMENT FOR SECOND AMENDMENT
| In what may be the first endowment of its kind, an arm of the National Rifle Association has pledged $1 million to create a professorship of Second Amendment law at George Mason University law school in Arlington, Va. George Mason law school professor Nelson Lund, a Second Amendment scholar, has been tapped to fill the post. |
