Potential election integrity lawsuit in Texas

Washington Free BeaconPILF says that the county declined the initial request they had issued following the discovery or admittance of noncitizens that were removed from their voter rolls in mid-December. Attorneys for the election administrator in Bexar County told the group they would be denied access to the records if they were to show up at county offices, according to the group.

So... there's a county that has a known problem with non-citizens on their voter rolls and is refusing to provide records in violation of federal law.

If the Democrat did not depend on illegal aliens voting, why would they try to hide this information? Don't they want fair and honest elections?
