The Interocitor...

has the litmus test(s) for any of Bush's nominees, at least those he thinks we should insist on.  And he's got it basically right. 

Whomever we nominate needs to have the right position on free speech, firearms, the commerce clause, and property rights.  I'd back down a little bit on the "privileges and immunities" and education points.  I'm sympathetic to people who feel Roe is an important case for women's rights, but right now it's just not important as a litmus test.  Enumerated rights deserve the lion's share of a court's protection.  If you want explicit Constitutional protection, there's an Amendment process.

Empty seat at SCOTUS - O'Conner retires
