Nevada background check ballot measure fails on technicality


It appears the measure passed, barely, but the way the measure was worded cannot be legally implemented. This minor drafting mistake looks like it cost Bloomberg's anti-gun initiative $20 million or so. That's got to sting. But on the other hand -- he did get the measure to pass.
