GAO says Bergdahl prisoner swap broke the law


It's not news-news; it's news that the GAO has performed a comprehensive analysis of the Bergdahl prisoner swap and determined that, yes, the law really was violated, and helpfully includes the penalties for doing so.

Of course, since the person responsible for prosecuting the charges is an Obama appointee, nothing will be done.
