Dem Senate candidate Mark Kelly in Arizona apparently went to a Halloween party as Hitler. Oops. Martha McSally would appreciate your vote for her as she runs against literally Hitler.
Meanwhile, Senator Ron Wyden's wife is begging for donations to keep her bookstore open after she borrowed millions in pandemic funds after laying off workers. What did she do with the funds? Bought stock in Amazon. The one thing you can count on political grifters to do is grift.
Judge Sullivan orders complete review of FBI evidence over a single stickynote
In the Flynn case, the judge has ordered a complete review along with transcripts of all handwritten notes. His reasoning is that a few documents, investigators left a sticky notes, obscuring a date. The error seems inconsequential ("January 5th" versus "January 4-5th").
However, it seems obvious to me that Sullivan is basically just delaying to get past the election at this point. Although he set a Monday deadline, it seems impossible to verify all documentary evidence within that timeframe.
His sweeping order might conceivably be appropriate if the government was seeking to prosecute Flynn. But since the government is seeking to drop the prosecution, and Flynn does not object, this decision can only impose more unnecessary delay in the administration of justice.
A precinct judge and staff are allegedly (by sworn affidavit from a retired police officer and poll watcher) using a stack of driver's licenses to enable people to vote illegally. There's a photo showing the stack of licenses. The stack looks small, but even one is a crime, and there's no reason to think the visible stack is all they have available.
People need to get arrested for this right away, and prevented from continuing this operation.
Judicial Watch is STILL suing the FBI over McCabe/Strzok/Page texts
Judging by the FBI's desperate response -- they are claiming text messages are not subject to FOIA at all -- there must be some REALLY bad stuff in those messages.
There is a letter to AG Barr asking him to crack down on proposed changes to gun purchase processing. Good for the House Republicans who signed it. All things considered, though, Barr can't do much unless Trump wins the election November 3rd. That's why ATF is doing this (and a few other things, like cracking down on AR-pistols with arm braces) at this particular moment. If Biden wins, ATF will be ready and can point to proposals already in motion to enact gun control.
Key contacts for Biden business venture include Kamala Harris, other top Dems
It's not immediately clear if the business venture itself is illegal, but if it is suspect (as so much of the other Biden graft appears to be), it drags in Kamala Harris, 4 Dem Senators including the minority leader, two governors, and the mayor of New York City, among unnamed others.
Brace for violent street theater after the election
Antifa and associated groups are already planning disruptions. It's important to understand that "peaceful protests" and "violence" are not two separate things; they are the same thing. The violent elements depend on the people "peacefully protesting" to cover their violent actions and the violent actions generate news coverage, attract public attention, and deliberately seek to provoke a response from law enforcement against "peaceful protesters" to erode support for existing government structures.
One of the emails on Hunter Biden's laptop lays out exactly what Hunter Biden's "scope of work" was to be on the Burisma matter: "organization of a visit of a number of widely recognized and influence current and/or former US policy-makers to Ukraine in November aiming to... close down [sic] for any cases pursuits against [Burisma] in Ukraine." And that's exactly what Biden did.
Second degree murder charges filed in shooting of Trump supporter
2nd Degree Murder sounds about right here. Premeditation would be hard to prove. Neither a slap nor mace are deadly force threats, and we don't know what exactly preceded those (ie, who and what started the fight). But police can talk to witnesses and it seems they have enough to file charges.
The apparent fact that the alleged murderer was apparently operating as paid security without a licence to do so won't help his case.
The Biden campaign is still claiming Russian interference while not denying the authenticity of the material. They city a letter from 50 or so former intelligence officials to claim the laptop is Russian interference, none of whom have any access to classified information now. DNI Ratcliffe says it's not Russian interference and no one (looking at Adam Schiff) has been given intelligence making that claim because none exists.
One is, there was a preexisting money laundering investigation that found out about the laptop when it was reported and grabbed it. This investigation could be about the Bidens, and everything has been kept quiet to keep the prosecution successful...
Two, it could be an FBI investigation into money laundering revolving around Rudy Giuliani, his alleged prior associate Lev Parnas, and other figures alleged to have been feeding information to Rudy of unknown quality and authenticity. We keep hearing rumors of some sort of investigation around that (it apparently flipped Lev Parnas; whether or not he's singing or composing remains to the seen). In this case, the laptop would be seized by the investigative team to protect their candidate and keep a lid on the information. The latter tactic would fit with an investigation that apparently produced nothing for about a year.
I have no idea whether any allegations against Rudy or his alleged associates have any merit. Ditto those against the Bidens, though the evidence in that case is certainly suggestive.
This is surprising to say the least. I see three points of interest here:
1) Trump has actually succeeded in increasing peace in the middle east, including historical peace agreements between Israel and other nations in the region. Muslims in the US who may not be fanatical in hating Jews may view this as a positive.
2) The article heavily emphasizes that Trump "does what he says", while Clinton and Obama did not. This is certainly true. I don't have the kind of insight into the Islamic community in the US to know if this really matters. I'm guessing "does what he says" refers to avoiding more middle east conflicts, but the speaker doesn't elaborate.
3) Obama was definitely a crypto-Muslim who flashed low-profile signals of supporting Islam regularly. Biden has also tried this but it seems a lot less credible coming from him. I oppose Biden politically and am ready to believe quite a few bad things about him, but not that he's a secret Muslim.
Iran sending fake election influence emails to support Biden??!
Yes, THIS election interference plot is confirmed by DNI Ratcliffe to be an actual Iranian plot tied to hacking of election infrastructure (voter rolls and party registration data).
Note that the emails are a false-flag claiming to be from the Proud Boys. Take anything negative in the news about the Proud Boys in the next few weeks with a substantial quantity of salt.
UPDATE: I'm tagging this Spygate, because who else could have known about and intercepted this package?
UPDATE: Package contents found after Tucker announces theft to 5 million people. I would be curious whether any documents are missing, and note that once it became clear Tucker had copies, the primary value of a document theft would be to find out what Tucker has in order to strategize messaging. So, just finding the contents does not mean they weren't stolen and copies made, to be carefully looked over later.
Democrats block another COVID bill by stuffing it with pet projects
It's the 60 pages on elections she really wanted, but I think now that the actual elections are happening it's too late to change the rules.
I'm skeptical about even the most basic COVID relief legislation at this point. Open the damn country up. But all the rest of that crap Pelosi wants? No. Just no.
