North Korean nuclear test?

Michelle Malkin has a collection of information suggesting that North Korea conducted a nuclear test this weekend.  This is about as scary as it gets.  The only thing that has prevented nuclear war since the USSR acquired nuclear weapons has been the doctrine of mutually-assured-destruction; no rational actor would choose to end the world.

The problem is that nuclear weapons are becoming available to irrational actors.
